I cannot praise Prism Care highly enough for the care they provided for my father during the last few years of his life. Initially, the carers would enjoy sharing a meal with him once a week to give me respite. Then helping him shower and dress each day. To ultimately nurse him in bed right until the very end of his life. The staff were always cheerful and engaged with him whilst remaining professional at all times. Thanks to Prism Care my father was able to remain at home until the end, which is what he wanted.

I wanted to confirm how pleased we were with lynn yesterday. Christine was suffering breathing promlems and while I was ringing the GP, Lynn called me and me to ring 999 for an ambulance as the breathing was deteriorated further. While we were waiting for the ambulance, Lynn packed an overnight bag, in case it was needed. She remained calm and collected as I was in panic mode. The ambulance took nearly an hour to arrive and Lynn stayed for an extra hour beyond her 11am finish and explained things to the paramedics. I personally don’t think I could have coped as well without her support and I would say that she is a true credit to your company.

I am so grateful for the help and support we have received from the whole team. Besides the help that they provided, the girls became friends with us both as well.
