Our close knit team of trained qualified staff are carers and companions to those in need of our specialist support – whether a person is feeling vulnerable due to  frailty, long-term illness, injury or  disability; maybe needing  a helping hand around the home, or want to enjoy an activity outside the home and would like company to do so.

as many  of our staff have cared for family members before entering the profession; they have a personal understanding of how people often feel, when unfamiliar faces come into one’s home. Our Care Companions observe  and maintain dignity, respect and privacy, while providing a range of information and  signposting to additional services and assistive technologies that will assist clients to feel more in control and make informed choices on how their care needs  are met.

A number of our managers and staff  have personal experience of carers coming into their own homes to provide care to loved one. This insight is invaluable as it informs how we approach caring for you. We are here to support and assist our clients to maintain their emotional and physical wellbeing in a way that our presence is non-intrusive  but blends into your lifestyle and home environment.
